I am not an American, nor do I live in the USA, but I am very surprised at the omission of Scott Walker from your list. A proven election winner (2010, 2012, 2014), attractive to Republican core voters and from crucial electoral college territory (particularly if Great Lakes states are taken as a whole although I acknowledge their recent Democratic edge), I would have thought him to be a better bet for GOP nomination than anyone else on your list apart, perhaps, from Rubio and Bush. The remainder have too much of an uphill struggle (Kasich? Jindall? Santorum? Graham?), face so significant a battle against precedent that they will surely run out of steam when voters actually get to cast votes (Trump? Fiorina? Carson?), are too unattractive to the core base (Christie?), or if selected by an ideological block would prove very unattractive to moderates in Nov 2016 (Cruz? Perry? Paul? Huckabee?).

Thanks, Paul. I think you have a good case. The more I think about it, he was the one I should have on the list that I left off. I will put it up next chance I get. Thank you for the feedback.
